Sucktion is Fergus' first full-length album, and its release is creating a huge buzz in the music world that can be heard from Chowchilla all the way up to Winton (maybe even Delhi). The album was painstakingly recorded over several months in 2009, at Dick Grammar Studios in Merced, Ca. The audiophile guitarist made damn sure that all amps were tubes, all recording equipment was analog, all homemade salsa was organic, and all recordings were done live with the full band and lots of Samuel Adams in tow. The songs are all original, as is Fergus' sound: a complex, eclectic brand of rock music that still has enough of a hook to bring you home to mama.
