The Struggle takes the listener to a darker place than the previous album "I'm Just Saying". While still on the spiritual path, The Struggle shows the world's problems and also stirs up the things people may think about, but never speak of. This album can also be viewed as the struggle between sinning and living a clean life. The average person wants to do the right thing, but is constantly confronted by evil. Some days are good and some are bad...what can I say...it's the everyday struggle.
