After Tartini
Benjamin Shock is releasing a reimagined work inspired by Giuseppe Tartini, the renowned composer and violinist from his hometown of Piran. The idea for this remix first emerged in 2006 but remained unfinished and unreleased—until now. In 2024, Benjamin had the opportunity to perform a set from the balcony of the municipal building overlooking Tartini Square. This special moment rekindled his long-held vision, motivating him to finally complete the track in celebration of the 20th anniversary of Slovenia’s membership in the European Union. The result is a captivating fusion of classical music and progressive house, featuring deep basslines and powerful arpeggios. Released under Watermellow Music, an electronic label based in Piran, this track bridges tradition and innovation in a truly unique sound experience.
