Tokyo-based hip-hop crew Tokyo Young Vision is drawing attention once again with their first full-length album. This album features 14 meticulously crafted tracks, completed after about a year of production. Last year, they released three tracks - HYAKKIYAKO, MORIAGE, and MATSURI - which served as preludes to the album, and capped off the year with a mini-tour in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka. Notably, MORIAGE became a hit tune, generating immense excitement even at major festivals. Rather than a gathering of solo artists, this work embodies their commitment and determination to establish a unified identity as a crew. It includes innovative challenges, such as one-bar exchanges, that haven't been attempted by other hip-hop crews. Five years since their debut on the public stage, their musicality has been honed to perfection. The album's overall structure, the refinement of each track, and the high quality of the music videos they release are all at an exceptionally high level. This debut album marks the beginning of TYV's grand vision, serving as the starting point for it all.
