I have followed John Smith since his debut album and I have seen him live twice. I can safely say that he is a man of superlative character and a true guitarist's guitarist. This album is yet another faultless piece of work created with emotion and intelligence. If you are a sharer of music get to work with this artist and album because anyone in the British folk scene needs to own the newest creation by John Smith.
