We're really excited to officially announce that The Deadly Syndrome has recorded another LP. We're calling it Nolens Volens, and it's going to be released on March 23. It'd be a lie to say it wasn't a long road getting these songs recorded. We chose to keep it pretty close to home while we worked on the album: Mike engineered and produced it in his little house, using moving blankets and homemade sound baffles to create a tracking booth. He also mixed about half of the tracks -- the rest were mixed by the talented Kennie Takahashi. We're also happy to say that we're releasing Nolens Volens independently. The DIY spirit is very much a part of music today, and we're excited to be a part of that movement. Most importantly, we hope that you enjoy the songs. They're a little different from some of our first attempts at songwriting -- there are less ghosts, and less wolves. We tried to be as honest as we could. Hopefully we succeeded."-from their MySpace
