In 1997 many a good Catholic believer stood in shock over all the alligations of evil committed against children by the very men trusted by families to protect and lead children in "holiness". Unfortunately, the "good and dedicated" man -and woman- religious, for that matter, were either ignored or disregarded. Well, as my sister and I grew up in a Catholic environment-- we were blessed to have had dedicated and loyal sons of the church-our Priests were decent men who sincerely gave up everthing to further the kingdom of God here on earth. It is thus, that I wrote- and my sister sings the song that both thanks and appreciates their efforts at evangelization.
