Dischord began festering in the murky swamps of Moncton, NB, Canada in 2004. Harboring anger towards the corrupted status quo of our society, they emerged out of its cesspool with a razor sharp guitar attack, technical drumming and vicious vocals and formed the darkened Death/Thrash band. To date, Dischord has released 2 studio albums, an EP and a 1 live album, and has played shows with Behemoth, Quo Vadis, Cryptopsy, Kataklysm, Napalm Death, Vital Remains and Beneath the Massacre to name a few. Dischord is one of the leading bands on the Canadian East Coast.Their last album, Casualties of War debuted at #3 on the Canadian Loud Charts and the band received an East Coast Music Awards nomination for loud recording of the year in 2012.
