Three years ago I heard a mix-tape by Christopher Rau. Some of the tracks got etched into my head and I was so impressed that I couldn't really leave them behind. I think I recorded the tracks I liked the most. Inter alia, "The Green Bean", which gave me a "STL - Silent State" vibe - and "Some Song" which gave me associations to "Model 500 - Starlight". At the time their names were not familiar to me, nor did I know it was Christopher Rau himself who was behind them. However... Now they are finally here to stay, when Junk Yard Connections has the honor to release them.
