This is a live recording of the fabulous Boogie Kings in 1967. Soul stirring performances by Jerry (Count Jackson) Lacroix, Duane Yates and Gary Walker. This amazing band is well known for it's dynamic horn section and gutsy vocals. Even though the sound quality is below average, the power of the Boogie Kings band comes shining through. Few bands of the sixties could compete with the energetic blue eyed soul show. This album was recorded with 2 microphones. One in front of each speaker.
