16 years old, Annsofi became known as the little girl with the big voice when she got to the final of the Norwegian X Factor - much due to her signature performance of Etta James' At Last. By then, she had already won the Norwegian Last Choir Standing as one of the soloists in Åge Sten Nilsen's choir. In the two years that have passed since then, she has, in addition to focusing on education, been working on her own songs - both in studio and on stage. On February 9th, she got to the Gold Final of Melodi Grand Prix (the Norwegian ESC) with I'm With You, written by Alexander Rybak.   For months after, Annsofi releases two new songs: Don't Slaughter Me and Before I Go. In the latter she debuts as a songwriter.   A concert with Annsofi could be descibed as a warm, intimate and beautiful introduction to the heart and soul of music. Whether she, sitting at the piano, replicates classics once performed by her own musical heroes, or presents self-composed songs with a full band, she takes care of her audience with great enthusiasm - from the first note to the last.
